Preventing at-risk youth from becoming at-risk adults is one of the most important factors in creating a safe, productive community. In an increasingly competitive, global economy the consequences of dropping out of high school are devastating to individuals, communities and our national economy.
Motivate Me For Life, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, is an organization that addresses and tackles this issue. Our mission is to help make our youth’s lives whole by assisting them in setting and reaching educational goals, physical and mental conditioning, offering role models and authority figures and most importantly providing them with a feeling of hope for the future and belief in themselves. We work tirelessly in the DC inner city to provide life skills and academic support to youth that many consider at-risk and academically challenged.
By providing our youth with tools that will help them to live more productive lives, we believe that they will, in turn, support local businesses, build families, become economically fruitful and contribute more to society as a whole. We request your assistance in providing this opportunity to the youth that we serve.
